SD-2000 full hydraulic crawler driving core drilling rig is mainly used for diamond bit drilling with wire line. Because of the use of foreign advanced technology, especially the mature rotation head unit, clamp machine, winch and hydraulic systems, the drilling rig is widely used. It is not only applicable to the diamond and carbide drilling of solid bed, but also to seismic geophysical exploration, engineering geological investigation, micro-pile hole drilling, and construction of small/medium wells.

1. Main Features

(1) Rotation head unit is a piston motor and mechanical gear style which adopts the foreign technique. It has the wide range of speed. Max torque is 4263Nm, so it can satisfy the different project construction and drilling process. When the drill bit is stuck at the end of the hole, it can solve the problem easily by reverse hitting function.

(2) Max speed of the rig is 1120 rpm with torque 680Nm. It has a high torque at high speed which is suitable for deep-hole drilling.

(3) The feeding and lifting system uses the piston hydraulic cylinder to drive the rotation head directly with a long travel and high lifting force which is convenient to the deep-hole core drilling work.

(4) The rotation head unit can move away from the drilling hole, match the clamp and unscrew machine and finish the rope core drilling operation easily, also it does not need the conventional second platform work, especially replace the labor force to open and close the rotation head unit when doing the slant-hole drilling operation.

(5) Rig has the high lifting speed which saves lots of auxiliary time. It is easy to wash the hole when doing the full driving operation, enhancing the drilling efficiency.

(6) The rail of the main mast is l-beam butter-weld steel construction to make sure the high rigidity between the rotation head unit and the main mast. So it has a steady rotation even with high speed which improves the drilling efficiency.

(7) The main winch is imported product with NQ2000M single rope steady and reliable lifting ability.

(8) The wire line winch can get to max speed 205m/min at empty drum, which saved the auxiliary time.

(9) The rig has the clamp and unscrew machine, easy to disassemble the drilling rod and reduces the labor intensity.

(10) Rig feeding system adopts the back pressure-balancing technology. The user can conveniently get the drilling pressure at the bottom of the hold and increase the drill bit life.

(11) The hydraulic system is reliable, mud pump and mud mixing machine are hydraulic controlled. The integrated operation makes it easy to handle all kinds of incidents at the bottom of the hole.

(12) The movement of the crawler is linear controlled, safe and reliable, can climb onto the flat truck by itself which eliminates the cable car’s cost.

(13) The rig is with high reliability, low cost of maintenance and repairing.
